Meet our newest Pilates babes!

We are excited to see more regular mat-based pilates on our 23W timetable. We have hand-picked the vivacious Irina, who will turn up the ‘heat’ with our Power pilates program. This intermediate Pilates program includes all the Pilates classics in a higher-intensity, more dynamic format. This class is designed to turn up the heat in your typical mat-based program.

Who is Irina?


Irina has been a fitness instructor for 12 years, a yoga instructor for ten years, a Pilates for eight years and NLP counsellor for four years!! She founded her wellness business ” Fit and Delicious ” 12 years ago to educate and guide people into a healthy and Happy Body and Mind.
She is a true believer that when there’s harmony in the mind, we find balance in our Body, and when the Body is in harmony, the mind can be strong.


Irina was born in Chile, has been living in Australia/Melbourne for the past 33 years, and is a proud mother of 2 teenagers: Sofia, 18 and Roman, 16.

She is the director of one of the few womens’ only strength training gyms in Melbourne, 23W. Ange helps women to learn how to use strength based training, nutritional strategies and a positive mindset to transform their bodies, relationship with food and mind.
