Soft boiled eggs on toast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice sourdough toast

 

Method

  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add eggs once water is boiling. Turn down to a simmer and leave for 5 minutes for running eggs, 6 minutes for soft boiled or 7 minutes for cooked through yolks.
  2. Meanwhile, toast bread.
  3. Plate and serve
