Shredded BBQ beef brisket wrap

Ingredients
- 1kg beef brisket
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 red onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 150g reduced sugar BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp worchershire sauce
- Lettuce
- 7 wraps (Mission low GI wrap)

Method
- Slice beef brisket into 2 pieces and pat dry.
- Rub with paprika, chilli powder and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a fry pan and sear the meat on high for 1-2 minutes per side and transfer into the slow cooker.Â
- Tip the onions and garlic on top of the beef.Â
- Combine the BBQ sauce, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a jug, then pou over the brisket.Â
- Cook for 8 hours, before removing, shredding and enjoying in wrap with fresh salad
