Quick Berry Protein Smoothie

268 CAL/ F 7/ CHO 20/ P 27 – Non Vegan

 

Ingredients

  • 40g Bondi Protein Co. vegan or non vegan protein powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered PB
  • 100g mixed frozen berries
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender with ice if desired and blend until smooth!

Note: For all recipes almond milk was used in determining macro content.
