Meal Prep Time:  20 minutes

200 cals approx per ball/ 8-10g protein/ 10-12g fat/ 25g CHO

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup protein of choice (i used gold standard vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (I used almond) 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup choc chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Combine the top three ingredients and ensure it’s well combined.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring with spoon and then with clean, damp hands. 
  3. Roll into bite sized balls (makes around 8-10)
