Regardless of which camp you fall into, returning back to regular exercise can be the most empowering and positive move for ALL women. And we are on a mission to help 100 mums in the northern suburbs to return back to exercise safely in our popular Mums on the Move Program.
Do not let the name fool you! This is not another generic mums and bubs group exercise class. This Monday to Friday program will lay out a structured plan to help you get stronger and regain your body back post pregnancy.
While everyone’s birth story might be unique, we can be certain that you have endured physical and psychological stressors throughout your pregnancy, childbirth and time as caregiver.
Our signature Mums on the Move Program is designed by our pre and post natal trained coaches to help rehab, retrain and bullet-proof your body and mind for the demands of motherhood and beyond.
Best of all, anyone signed up before December 31 will be eligible to book a FREE real time ultrasound with a women health Physiotherapist from Inner North Physiotherapy when they visit the studio on Monday 15th January.
How does UNLIMITED small group personal training for $27 per week* sound?
We are looking for our first 20 mums to join our new studio! Are you ready to sign up? You give up a lot for your family and we want to take care of you.
What is included?
- Unlimited 45 minute group training Monday to Friday during our allocated MOM class times, including MOM S&C, MOM Pilates and MOM Boxing.
- Access to qualified and experienced postnatal trained instructors
- Programs and exercises that are specifically designed to rehabilitate the pelvic floor and core, strength pelvic stability and build functional strength and endurance.
- Initial one to one postpartum and assessment and plan
- Mums on the Move Getting Started eBook.
- Members-only content, including at home workouts, nutrition and lifestyle advice.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a lock in contract?
No. Membership into this program runs month to month, with the balance of $110 to be paid in advance for the month commencing. To be able to offer this program at such a great price, we give you the opportunity to come to as many classes as you like in a month, knowing that in some weeks it might be more and some weeks it might be less. Therefore you are unable to be placed on hold or suspended during the month.
What happens at the end of the month once my pass expires?
Don’t worry we have you back! You have the option to stay with us for the same great price, take some time away or maybe upgrade your membership to include weekend training or training at different times of the day.
What times are MOM classes? Can I come to other classes on the timetable?
MOM classes will run Monday- Friday at 9:00am or 10am. You can review our timetable for Jan 7th, 2019 here. This will be a mixture of circuit style, strength and conditioning classes, Boxing and Pilates. Unfortunately, this pass excludes training at other times. However, if your circumstances change and you would like to also train on the weekend, we can discuss another membership option that might suit you better or buy a casual class pass to the Saturday or Sunday boxing, Pilates or Yoga sessions.
Will this program help me loss weight?
The main aim of this program is to help women return to regular exercise safely, build foundation strength and increase energy output. However, coupled with a healthy diet, you will also see and feel positive changes in your body composition too. Our coaches will be available during the session to give you some great advice around your diet and lifestyle. If you would like to work one to one with a coach around your diet and progress, we can discuss an upgrade to our wonder women or golden girl membership.
Can I bring my children?
Yes!!! This program is completely baby friendly. You are welcome to bring children of any age. It is encouraged that you bring along snack and toys to help keep them entertained while you train. Our coaches will be on hand to help you soothe and look after your children where possible.
How do I book into class?
We use the MindBody timetabling and payment integration service. You are able to readily download this app to your phone to book into classes. After downloading, add 23W as a favourite. It is that simple!
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is limited parking inside our compound, alternatively parking can be easily located on Railway Parade or Showers Street itself.
How do I buy a pass?
Simple head to our website, and add the MOM pass to your shopping cart. All mums signed up before December 31 will have the option to schedule a free real time ultrasound with our partnering physiotherapist from Inner North Physiotherapy.
