Hayley Adams
Coach and Weightlifting Specialist
Hayley has been involved in Health and Fitness from a young age, participating in many different sports from dancing to competitive Cross-Country Skiing. She found her love for Strength and Conditioning in 2019 and has since completed her Cert 3 and 4 in personal training, CrossFit level 1 and has been coaching group fitness for the last 2 years.
She is very passionate about helping others to feel comfortable in the gym setting and supporting them on their journey as they get into lifting weights. Hayley loves functional movements that hit the whole body as well as gets the heart pumping and is an avid CrossFit competitor in her spare time. You will often see Hayley with a big smile on her face, trying to hold herself back from dancing to whatever music may be playing!
