Jo is a seasoned fitness coach with years of experience empowering women in fitness.
She’s a pro at diverse training styles and a certified pilates and boxing instructor, blending core workouts for strength and fun. She adores being at 23W because she gets to a bit of everything! Her favourite type of workout is when it’s mixed with heavy lifting and pilates movements.
Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science to upskill, she loves nothing more than educating and chatting about nutrition for training and health. She is a bit of a believer in progress over perfection and that every 1% adds up.
