Shona Holahan
Yoga Teacher
Shona is a patient and dedicated yoga teacher. She discovered yoga during high school as a way to relieve anxiety and has now been practicing for seven years. Since completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, Shona has taught Vinyasa, Yin and slow flow yoga. Slow flow is Shona’s favourite style to teach as it allows for a meditative experience by focusing on gentle movements, steady breathing and deep stretches.
Shona offers an inclusive approach to yoga in her teaching, providing modifications and progressions to suit various levels and abilities. She enables her students to develop deeper body awareness by encouraging them to choose the variation of each pose that feels right for their individual body.Â
Off the mat, Shona likes to spend her free time going on hot girl walks, watching movies and baking. She’s a foodie at heart and loves trying out new restaurants and cafes.
