RICOTTA FRENCH TOAST

Meal Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 Slices raisin bread (132g)
  • 4 Tbls reduced fat ricotta (80g)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Pinches ground cinnamon (0.5g)
  • 2 Tbls sugar free syrup

Method:

  1. Add egg to bowl with cinnamon.

  2. Heat non stick pan with a small spray of cooking spray.

  3. Soak bread in egg and cook for a couple of minutes over medium heat each side.

  4. Spread toast with ricotta and divide between plates.

  5. Drizzle with a little sugar free sugar syrup.
