Asha’s favourite porridge

Ingredients

  • 15g pitted dried dates
  • 15g chia seeds
  • 60g whole oats
  • 15g almond butter
  • Water
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

 

Method

  1. Add everything except almond butter, cinnamon and dates to a microwave safe bowl. 
  2. Top with water until approx. 1cm above oats.
  3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, checking for overspill.
  4. Add almond butter, cinnamon and dates and mix to combine.
