AVOCADO TOAST WITH SMOKED SALMON

Ingredients:

  • 4 Slices wholegrain Bread (160g)
  • 80g Avocado
  • 100g Smoked Salmon
 

Method:

  1. Toast bread, then spread with avocado and top with smoked salmon.

  2. Season with freshly ground pepper to serve.
