Bircher Muesli Simple Breakfast Recipe

With around 350 cals per serve- this bircher muesli is packed with so many good things, including  anti-oxidant rich goji berries. Serves 3 approx.

Ingredients

  • 1 cups Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup paleo mix (including pepitas, sunflower seeds, goji berries and buckwheat)
  • Juice of 1 orange Juice and zest.
  • 1/2 cup Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Method

  1. Combine oats, paleo mix, juice, milk zest and yogurt. Mix well
  2. Set aside for 1-2 hours or overnight to soak.
  3. Add fresh fruit or yoghurt if desired
