Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder 
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup protein powder 
  • 3 cups of rice puffs or rice bubbles 
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut

Method

  1. In a bowl combine the cacao powder, honey, protein and coconut oil together until combined.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Place mixture in a loaf pan/cake tin, press down and leave in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. Slice and serve.
