Choc Top Protein Fudge Bars

Calories: 207/ 5g Fat/ 23g CHO/ 17g Protein

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of your favourite protein powder (I recommend Pea Protein)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 cups ground oats
  • almond milk
  • 1 cup of made powdered peanut butter (made with water)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl; mix your ground oats and protein then set aside.
  2. In a bowl; combine PB+ and maple syrup and melt together, whisk to ensure it is combined. Pour into the dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated. Add a little almond milk until the batter is smooth, thick and not crumbly.
  3. Pour batter into lined baking dish and press firmly into place.
  4. Make chocolate topping in a bowl  with 1/4 cup cacao powder, 2 tbsp Maple syrup and 2 tbsp coconut oil. Spread evenly on top.
  5. Freeze for 10 minutes before cutting into 12 pieces.
