Cottage Cheese Overnight Oats

These cottage cheese overnight oats taste like dessert, but are packed with over 20 grams of protein. They’re easy to make, perfect for meal prep and easily customisable.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ scoop (12 grams) vanilla protein powder
  • ½ Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • â…“ cup fresh berries, plus more for topping
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup full fat cottage cheese
 
Instructions
  1. Add oats, protein powder, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract and â…“ cup berries to a jar or storage container with a lid like a mason jar.
  2. Add almond milk and cottage cheese to a blender and blend until combined and smooth.
  3. Pour cottage cheese mixture into the container with the oats and stir to combine. Place in the fridge overnight.
  4. The next morning (or when ready to eat), remove lid and give oats a stir. If they seem too thick you can add a little more milk to loosen the mixture.
