Introducing Courtney Smyth

Bubbly? Caring? Motivational?

We found it! This week we are excited to welcome onboard Courtney Smyth, who is a mum, powerhouse in the gym and multi-talented coach!

Who is Courtney?

Courtney’s passion for fitness and health began shortly after her son was born. She wanted to gain strength and confidence to be the best version of herself. She has now worked as a personal trainer and coach in the fitness industry for the past 3 and a half years. 

Courtney is a qualified boxing instructor and also holds a certificate for nutrition and pre & post-natal exercise. Her favourite part of being a coach is when she sees a member get a boost of confidence from trying something new or reaching a target in their training!

Courtney loves lifting weights and throwing together some fun boxing combinations. 

She has a bubbly personality and is determined to make each session one of the best parts the day.

A great fit for our community… 

We can not wait to see Courtney grow into her role with our 23W team, specifically to help grow our boxing program.

Courtney currently has availability to take on private personal training members on a Monday night, Tuesday morning and Thursday and Friday between 9am-12pm.

I’d love to go to Ireland one day

What’s the best dress up costume you ever had ? 

I dressed up as a chicken in high school for athletics day 🐥

If you had to eat one thing for every meal going forward, what would you eat?

Bananas or peanut butter

She is the director of one of the few womens’ only strength training gyms in Melbourne, 23W. Ange helps women to learn how to use strength based training, nutritional strategies and a positive mindset to transform their bodies, relationship with food and mind.
