We are looking for 10 ladies to join our newly opened, boutique, women’s only training facility, 23W.
And boy, do we have a big challenge about to get underway.
We want to help 10 women lose weight, to learn the proven strategies for long term weight loss and make lifelong changes to their over health and wellbeing.
We hear it all the time, life has gotten in the way! A hectic work schedule, kids, regular travel, an injury, a busy social life… have led you to a point where you are frustrated with the way you look and feel.
You might even have a commercial gym membership, which you know you do not use as much as you should! Or you have been heading to group classes, like spin and pump and feel frustrated that you are not getting results!

This challenge is designed for women who are ready to take their bodies to the next level, whether that is getting back into regular exercise or learning what they are actually capable of. We will teach you how to train, eat and think like an athlete to develop a strong, lean and sexy physique.

We will also be focusing on cortisol levels and teaching strategies to manage stress and get your body in the most optimum fat burning state.
