Everybody loves a delicious protein ball. But it is also very easy to crush a lot of calories in a few bites without necessarily being a great protein hit.
These beauties taste just like delicious balls of peanut butter cookie dough. We also used a mixture of powdered peanut butter and real peanut butter to save on calories from fat and add additional texture and flavour.
