Easy tuna pasta bake

Ingredients

  • 250g San Remo spelt pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn, defrosted
  • 1 cup salsa 
  • 425g can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 100g shredded low fat tasty cheese
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets

 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cook pasta as per the back of the pack.
  3. Dump and stir together the pasta, corn, broccoli salsa, tuna, & most of the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
