Designed for new mums ready to confidently return to exercise from the comforts of home. It begins with three weeks of gentle mobility sessions to prime your body for movement, followed by nine weeks of progressive foundational strength training.
The program is structured in an easy-to-follow format, allowing you to follow along with the app or video guides. All you need are basic workout items like micro bands, therabands, handheld weights, and a step or bench.
Safe to start as early as 2-3 weeks postpartum.
An excellent bridge back to barbell and loaded exercises.
Focuses on essential postpartum training fundamentals, including breath work, deep core strengthening, hip stability, and pelvic floor function and rehabilitation.

This program includes heavy strength training, SIT interval sessions, HIIT interval sessions and mobility and core work.
This 12-week intermediate lifting program is periodised into 4 x 3-week blocks based on your specific needs and capabilities. It is a bespoke program where Ange will offer a full 360-degree review of your current training, nutrition, and lifestyle factors, a 30-minute initial video call to review the recommendation and plan, weekly in-depth check-ins, and video reviews of exercise techniques and ongoing support.Â
This will also include access to a specialised 23W app group, which includes live Q and A sessions (once per month).
Seminar Four: Lifestyle Factors
Welcome to 23W Foundations to Lifting Program. This is a 15 week program broken down into 5 x 3 week blocks. It is designed for women who a new to strength training, eager to build a strong base, increase work capacity, improve movement literacy and symmetry. It is a unique, progressive program that will help you move better, feel stronger and injury free for decades to come.Â
For this program you will need to have access to a basic commercial gym set up and is based of training 3 times weekly.
