Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop of protein
  • 250ml milk of choice

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender with ice if desired and blend until smooth

Note: Almond milk was used in determining macro content.
