New Health Routine? Feeling stressed? Stop!

Embarking on a health journey can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Here are 5 simple steps to ease you into a healthier lifestyle without the stress:

  1. Make a Plan: Start with clarity. What’s your goal? Is it weight loss, building strength, or feeling more energised? Outline what you want to achieve and how you plan to get there. Remember, a goal without a plan is just a wish.
  2. Aim for 1% Better: Improvement doesn’t have to be monumental. Focus on getting just 1% better every day. Small, consistent changes lead to significant results. Drink an extra glass of water, add a fruit to your breakfast, or walk a few more steps.
  3. Set Realistic Goals: Keep your goals achievable. If you’re new to exercise, don’t commit to an hour a day. Start with 15 minutes and gradually increase. This approach helps build a sustainable habit without feeling discouraged.

4. Find Activities You Enjoy 💃🏋️‍♂️ Exercise shouldn’t feel like a chore. Whether it’s dancing, hiking, yoga, or weightlifting, choose activities that you look forward to. Enjoying your workout increases the likelihood of sticking with it. Make sure you JUST TURN UP!

5. Track Your Progress: Keep a journal of your activities and how you feel. Celebrate the victories, no matter how small. Tracking helps you see your improvement over time and keeps you motivated. We love our member tracking their results on our 23W app!

Remember, the journey to a healthier you is a marathon, not a sprint. Be patient with yourself, and celebrate each step forward.
