High Protein Banana Bread

Serves: 10

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (60g)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups overripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or an additional banana
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method

  1. Prep tin and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Stir all ingredients together, smooth the batter into the pan, and bake 40 minutes. 
  3. Turn the oven off, but leave the bread in the closed oven for an additional five minutes. Let cool before turning out.
