Introducing Tarlee: Our Newest Rockstar Strength Coach
When we set out to find a replacement for one of our much loved coaches, very few candidates presented with ‘the right stuff’ to join our community.
We honestly thought all hope was lost… And then, Tarlee reached out to us! Ready for a change of scenery, Tarlee about to move her life from Newcastle to Melbourne and was on the hunt for right job that would allow her to continue to coach women to become the strongest and most confident version of themselves!
Tarlee has been in the health and fitness industry for 5 years, working in all aspects from sales, management and coaching. With specialist expertise and knowledge working in female health and well-being coupled with strength training, we knew she was going to be a great fit for our community.

Outside of these non-negotiable skills, Tarlee has a warm, friendly and compassionate personality that instantly draws you in and makes you feel safe and confident. We can not wait to fully emerge Tarlee into our 23W community over the coming weeks!
Oh and did we mention that she is also a professional wrestler! Seriously what a bad ass!

When you’re not working, or training like a demon how do you like to spend your time?
I’m a HUGE movie buff!! So I love chucking on a new movie, or an old favourite, and just enjoying some peace and quiet while getting lost in that world!
What’s your favourite word?
As my previous clients and coworkers liked to tell me, I apparently LOVE saying ‘beautiful’ as a response to everything!
What’s your hidden talent?
I’m a professional wrestler on the weekends!! I think that counts?
What’s the first concert you attended?
Avril Lavigne and I had the complete Sk8er Boi outfit of clip in streaks, fishnet arm wraps and the loose tie!
Where do you most hope to visit?
Going to England is somewhere I’ve wanted since I was in high school! Both for the shopping, and also to meet my favourite British Comedians!
If you had to eat one thing for every meal going forward, what would you eat?
Homemade Pizzas!! My favourite!
