INTRODUCING Hayley Adams

By Ange

There are a couple of things that you notice straight away when you meet our newest coach, Hayley… first her infectious and warm smile and secondly, her ability with a barbell.

We are so excited to welcome this young gun to our growing team and can not wait to see her impact on our community!

Who is Hayley?

Hayley has been involved in Health and Fitness from a young age, participating in many different sports from dancing to competitive Cross-Country Skiing. She found her love for Strength and Conditioning in 2019 and has since completed her Cert 3 and 4 in personal training, CrossFit level 1 and has been coaching group fitness for the last 2 years.

A great fit for our community…

She is very passionate about helping others to feel comfortable in the gym setting and supporting them on their journey as they get into lifting weights.

Hayley loves functional movements that hit
the whole body as well as gets the heart pumping and is an avid CrossFit competitor in her spare time. You will often see Hayley with a big smile on her face, trying to hold herself back from dancing to whatever music may be playing!

Rapid Fire: Get to know Hayley in 6 hard-hitting questions

1. If you are not working, or training like a demon how do you like to spend your time?

When not working, training or studying (which is rare lol), I love going to the beach and spending time with my friends! I love a good road trip and adventure and finding new places to explore! When in lockdown though, my go to is getting crafty around the house and finding new ways to entertain my cats!

2. Where do you most hope to visit?

I most hope to visit Europe and especially Italy. I have always wanted to go to Italy growing up as I LOVEEE pasta and the Italian culture!

3. What’s the best dress up costume you have ever had?

The best dress up costume I have ever had is probably an Alien costume I wore for a
dance concert when I was 9 years old! We had lycra jump suits with swimming caps
and pipe cleaners on our heads!

4. What is your most used emoji?

My most used emoji is definitely the smiley face that has star eyes! I feel like it really expresses my mood 99% of the time.

5. If you had to eat one thing for every meal going forward, what would you eat?

I would forever eat spirals/curly pasta with tomato pasta sauce, capers and parmesan cheese.

6. For what are you most grateful for today?

Today I am most grateful for my two cats Charlie and Nova, my barbell that lives in my car to train with at the park, and my friends and family who have helped me get thorough all of the lockdowns over the past 2 years!!
