Group Training
Engage in cost effective small group training with qualified pre and post natal exercise specialists. Our programs are designed to support the rehabilitation of pelvic floor and core, build pelvic stability and functional strength and endurance for a postpartum body.

Access a shared care nanny who is ready to help look after your little one while you train. We have a fully enclosed kids area to keep your kids safe, yet close to the action.
One on one assessment
One to one initial and ongoing postpartum assessment during classes. We pride ourselves on working with our members and their health professionals to rebuild a strong and resilience body.
Flexible Timetable
We offer a flexibly timetable with mums in mind. We offer three MOM times Monday-Friday at 8am, 9am, 10am and 11am daily. This means you can get your training in around naps, appointments, feeds and playtime.

We have flexible membership and training options for mums. Keen to train with us a little or a lot? You can join us twice per week or on an unlimited pass with both a 3-month minimum contract and flexible rolling debit option.

Do you qualify for our MOM membership?
To qualify for our MOM membership you must have a child under the age of 12 months of age. If you have a child 12 months or older, you should join us on an upgraded W Squad membership.
