High Protein OAT Pancake

Meal Prep Time:  25 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of egg white
  • 1 loaded tbs coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method:

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients. All to sit for 10 minutes for coconut flour to absorb.
  2. 2. Heat a small pan with a little butter. Add mixture and cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes on the first side and a couple of minutes once flipped. 
  3. 3. Serve with your favourite toppings.
