SPEEDY BREAKFAST JAFFLE

Meal Prep Time:  5 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 Free range egg
  • 2 slices Helga’s wholemeal bread
  • 6g pesto
  • 15g cheddar 
  • 3 slices of tomato

Method:

  1. Fry the egg in a non stick pan, 3 minutes each side.
  2. Assemble the sandwich and then cook in the jaffle maker until outside is evenly brown.
