Ingredients

  • 20g protein powder 
  • 10g coconut flour
  • 10g smooth natural peanut butter
  • 5g natural sweetener (Stevia recommended but feel free sub for rice malt/maple/your preferred sweetener)
  • 15g unsweetened apple sauce
  • 10-15ml unsweetened almond milk

 

Method

  1. Combine all the fudge ingredients in a bowl until the batter is smooth. *Batter should be dough-like and should not be sticking to your fingers .
  2. Form dough into cubes.
  3. Mix topping ingredients together and drizzle on top.
  4. Freeze for 5 – 10 minutes. 
  5. To store, keep in an airtight container in the fridge
