‘Bit of Both’

Our “BOB (Bit of Both)” membership is the ultimate all-access pass to both group training and private sessions. Whether you’re new to fitness, cautious due to a past injury, or an experienced athlete looking to boost your performance, this membership is tailored for you.

It includes one personalised 1-on-1 session with your 23W coach each week, plus the flexibility to join any two group sessions. This balanced approach ensures you receive the individual attention and the community support you need to succeed.

or Hybrid

Discover the flexibility and personalisation of our bespoke online program, designed for members who wish to train remotely with the expert guidance of 23W. Do you qualify for our MOM membership?

To qualify for our MOM membership you must have a child under the age of 12 months of age. If you have a child 12 months or older, you should join us on an upgraded W Squad membership.
