BANANA AND OAT PANCAKES

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium, brown and spotty bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats (ground in a blender)
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar or raw sugar

Method:

  1. Mash banana and combine with oats, milk,
    sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Transfer into a jug and pour part of the mixture
    into a non-stick pan.
  3. Flip the pancakes when bubbles start to form
    on the top side
