Protein Energy Balls

Meal Prep Time: 20 minutes
200 cals approx per ball/ 8-10g protein/ 10-12g fat/ 25g CHO
Serves: 8-10
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup protein of choice (i used gold standard vanilla)
- 1/2 cup nut butter (I used almond)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup choc chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Combine the top three ingredients and ensure it’s well combined.
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring with spoon and then with clean, damp hands.
- Roll into bite sized balls (makes around 8-10)
