Quinoa Porridge with Cinnamon Apple Recipe

Quinoa is a great substitute for oats- higher in protein and gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flaked quinoa
  • 1 Red Apple , grated
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 pinches Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt

Method

  1. Combine quinoa, almond milk, apple, cinnamon and yogurt
  2. Divide porridge between 2 jars and top with apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
