In only a few weeks we are anticipating to be back inside our beautiful studio and training our full community.

Over the last few weeks we have been blown away by the number of new enquires and new ladies who have taken up the opportunity to join us in our 2-1 Buddy PT program and 5-1 Bootcamps. 23W has ALWAYS been about quality group training and space within our community is limited.

If you are considered to join or re-joining us in November, now is the time to understand your training options and enrol. We are currently developing out our group training timetable and scheduling 1-1 and 2-1 PT appointments so that we are ready to hit the ground running when we hit 80% double dose.

This article is designed to give you all the information you need to know to start or continue your fitness journey with us.

Priority 1: You must be fully vaccinated

Regardless of your training package, you must be able to show proof of your double vaccination status. You only need to show us your vaccination certificate once at your first visit. All 23W staff are proudly fully vaccinated and we pride ourselves on being able to offer a safe, clean and hygienic space to train in.

Group Training

We have two fantastic options for group training. If you are new to 23W be sure to check out our featured specials ‘November-only specials’ below. 

W Squad Membership

Our W Squad pass is our full access membership that includes:

  • Unlimited, full access to our group training (including MOM times and our nanny)
  • 4 x InBody Scans throughout the year and discounted challenge enrolment
  • Access to our members’ only area and 23rdian Facebook community
  • Weekly online check-ins

Investment: $65 per week (fortnight debit, non contract)/ $61.75 per week(Monthly debit/ 3 month contract) or $58.5 per week (Monthly debit, 6 month contract). 

MOM Membership

Our MOM pass is designed for new mums who are less than 12 month postpartum. This partial access membership gives you access to:

  • Unlimited, MOM training times Monday -Friday between 9am-12pm
  • Access to our shared care nanny
  • Access to our members’ only area and 23rdian Facebook community
  • Weekly online check-ins
  • Requirement to be under 12 months postpartum

Investment: $45 per week (fortnight debit, non contract)/ $30 per week (fortnightly debit, 2 x weekly)

1-1 Personal Training

Personal training is an exceptional way to get the one-to-one attention on your training and fitness goals. All appointments are 45 minutes, and you have full access to unlimited Inbody Scans, members’ area and Facebook page. 

Investment: $70 for 1 x weekly or $130 for 2 x weekly. Email us at [email protected] to reserve your training time. 

2-1 Personal Training

Getting fit with a buddy is a great way to stay motivated and accountable. We will be continuing to offer 2-1 PT packs as in November. 

To be eligible for this pack, you need to have a consistent training buddy and be able to train at the same time each week. 

Investment: $40 per person for 1 x weekly. Email us at [email protected] to reserve your training time. 

1-1 (30 mins) or 2-1 (45 mins) Muay Thai

Do you want to spend some one to one or two to one time with our martial arts specialist and Victorian champion, Somsurat Ranglka?

These sessions will be planned according to your goals and experience but ultimately allow you to fast track your results and confidence.

Investment: 1-1 Muay Thai $50 per 30 minute session or $250 for a 5 pack. 2-1 Muay Thai $40 per person. Reserve your training time with Som here.

Super November Intro Specials- For New Members*

  • 28 Day Intro Pass- $196

    Ready to quick start your fitness goals over a longer period? Join us on this super special, one time only, November offer. This will include 1 x Inbody scan and consultation, 28 day reset guide, weekly check-ins and full access to our members areas and Facebook page. If you were new to 23W in our outdoor bootcamp/ PT program use the link to the W Squad Membership and use the special VIP code to access this reduced rate in November. Note: Be sure to add you start date of the 1st of November. Also this pass must be activated before the end of November 2021.

  • W Squad 7 Day Trial- $47

  • MOM Week Trial- $29

    This week pass give you access to our MOM program over a 5 day period! You will get unlimited access to our MOM group training timetable, nanny and be able to experience what our community is all about. Sign up HERE. Remember, this pass is obligation free!

  • 5 x Intro 1-1 PT Pack- $340

    This PT pass is the best way to start working 1-1 with our trainers. It includes: Comprehensive Inbody scan and nutrition consultation, functional movement screen and 5 x 45 minute personal training sessions and complete access to our members area and Facebook forum.

  • 10 x Intro 2-1 PT Pack- $350 each

    If you love training with a buddy, this pack is for you. This pack includes 10 x 2-1 personal training session, Inbody scan and nutrition consultation, 28 day reset guide, members area and Facebook forum access.

*New members: Those who joined us in October or have never held a previous trial pass. Join us before November 1st to save.
