CHOCOLATE AND PB PROTEIN OATS

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup whole rolled oats
  • 18g Macro Mike’s powdered PB mixed with
    2-3 teaspoons of water
  • 20g Bondi Protein Co. Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 1/4 cups of water

Method:

  1. Combine oats, powdered PB and water in a bowl
    and microwave until for 2 – 2.5 minutes on high.
    Checking so it does not overflow.
  2. Mix through the protein powder once
