Spicy sriracha tuna wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna in springwater, drained (185g)
  • 1 tbsp sriracha 
  • 1 tbsp low fat mayo
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced finely 
  • 2 medium wraps (Mission low GI)
  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 small tomato sliced
  • Handful spinach leaves 

 

Method

  1. Make the tuna salad mix and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Simply combine tuna, sriracha, greek yogurt, red onion and celery in a large bowl and stir until mixed through. 
  2. When ready, assemble a quarter of the tuna mixture on top each tortilla with a lettuce leaf, sliced tomato, and spinach. Tightly roll up and eat!
