Summer Vegan Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 20g Nakula passionfruit yoghurt
  • 1 scoop salted caramel protein powder
  • 1 cup Vitasoy protein almond milk

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, top with water.
  2. Blend, add more water/milk if needed.
  3. Adding toppings of choice – Asha adds Active Balance buckwheat cereal, LSA mix and frozen raspberries.
