Tumeric Chai Latte- Boost your Immune System

Winter is here and so are the nasty bugs and colds.

A tumeric latte is the perfect drink to fight the flu as it contains many ingredients known to boost your immune system.

The ingredients in this drink are known for their health benefits and a natural way to help relieve and prevent cold and flu symptoms, like antioxidants and anti-inflamatories.

This drink definately deserves the hype at the moment. Enjoy.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk of choice (I like soy)
  • 1 tbs fresh tumeric
  • 1/2 tbs fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3-4 crushed cardamon seeds.
  • 1/2-1tbs honey

Add all the ingredients to a pot, bring to the boil and gently simmer for a couple of minutes. Pour through a sieve and enjoy.
