Vanilla Chia Pudding Simple Breakfast Recipe

With the loaded health benefits of chia seeds, this breakfast is sure to keep you full and satisfied. Chia seeds are high in protein, fibre, anti-oxidants and high in omega 3 Fatty Acids making them a perfect ingredient to assist with optimal health, fat loss and performance.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbls Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein powder
  • 1 tsp Macca Powder
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Blueberries

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well and refrigerate overnight
