TOMATO SAUCE

Meal Prep Time:  30 mins

Yeilds: 8 cups 

Ingredients:

  • 2kg roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 garlic bulb, top removed

Method:

  1. Roast the tomatoes in the oven with the garlic bulb for 25 mins at 180.
  2. Remove garlic from bulb, place tomatoes, oregano, salt and sugar into a large pot and blitz with stick blender. You can use a normal blender just allow sauce to cool first.
