Warm protein oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1-2 cups water
  • Cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 30g greek yogurt
  • 20g peanut butter
  • 1 tbs Natvia salty caramel topping

 

Method

  1. Add oats, egg whites and 1 cup of oats to a saucepan. Sprinkle in cinnamon and salt.
  2. On a low-medium heat, whisk continuously. Add more water until the porridge reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Add toppings and enjoy hot.
