Introducing jen kisbey!

By Tarlee

Yoga and strength training are two very different extremes of movement types, but in reality, the two modalities are highly complementary. Do you want to be able to explore a greater range of movement in your lifts? Optimise recovery? Or find more zen? Yoga is the answer. If you are already a devoted yogi, imagine the progress you could make in your practice by adding more strength training.

We are excited to see yoga back on the 23W timetable with the lovely Jen Kisbey leading the charge with a Thursday 11 am Vinyasa Flow and Sunday 5 pm Yin. Check out our new look 23W timetable, and reserve your place on the mat.
