Release
Mobility is the ability of our bodies to move freely. This 30-minute session is a must-do in your week. Through purposeful exercise selection, we will guide you through positions and exercises that will increase self-awareness, release tension, and increase range of motion. Adding ‘Release’ to your week will help you improve flexibility, support the joints, reduce pain, prevent injuries, and support bigger lifting potential!
What to expect:
Chilled-out low-fi beats and a range of release techniques, including foam rolling, lacrosse ball, PNF stretching, banded dislocates, and long holds.
