This semi-private group will be led through an intelligent strength training program designed for safety and maximum effectiveness for women approaching their 60s and beyond! This program will help you build vital strength, support bone density, improve energy levels, support weight management and weight loss, improve your sleep, recovery, and mood, and help you feel more comfortable and empowered in your body.
