MEALS ASHA IS LOVING

By Ange

“But what should I eat?”

Ah, this is probably one of the most common questions we are asked as trainers … and honestly, we all could probably talk  about our nutrition all day.

Unfortunately, receiving a meal plan is rarely the solution we are seeking.

Instead of focusing on ‘what to eat’, attention should be paid to the process, planning and mindset around food.

What works for us, may not work for you. It might not fit your lifestyle, your family circumstances, your tastes, your desires…

Fundamentally, results come from learning about your body’s needs and learning how you can be more consistent in meeting them.

Super Speedy 350 calorie meals …

Putting together a tasty meal does not need to be hard. Especially when it comes to meal prep, sometimes the simpler the better.
